When you become a client, we will need to collect your data. This means that we are responsible for ensuring your information is handled correctly and securely.
We will never share your data with third parties or use it for purposes other than those listed below.
What we collect:
The personal data we collect, when you become our client, is as follows:
- First and last Name
- E-mail adress
- Phone number
- Whether you wish to receive our newsletter
- Appointment details
We will keep a record of personal data in the form of:
- Relevant health issues
Why we collect your data:
The reason we collect your data is:
- To make appointments with you and save them in our calendar
- To send you reminders and updates regarding your appointments
- To invoice you
- To see your previous and future appointments in order to provide you with the best possible service
“Right to be forgotten”:
We will keep your details unless you decide to change them or you withdraw your consent for us to hold them. We keep your data for 10 years after your last activity with us.
You can, at any time, change or delete your data with us. However, we will keep all information relevant to invoices in accordance with the above. You can change, delete or withdraw your consent in the ‘Change My Profile’ section of our website.
If you want to request access to your data, you can do so by contacting us.
Upon your request, your personal data can be sent to yourself or a data responsible in another business. The format will be a CSV file. The request should be sent from your own e-mail address to email@example.com.
Client personal data is encrypted with TLS/SHA-256. We use SL/Https-security.
If you have any questions regarding the handling of your data, you are welcome to contact us. You are also within your right to submit a complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agengy if you wish to escalate a concern.
